Access Engineering Private Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team in Lahore. This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to banking operations, taxation, and end-to-end accounting within a fast-paced corporate environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Liaise with local banks for limits renewal, L/C opening, retirement, clearing documents, remittances, and advance payments.

🔹 Coordinate with banks for timely disbursements.

🔹 Verify customs duties and ensure accurate documentation for shipment clearance.

🔹 Record and manage landed costs of imported materials.

🔹 Prepare monthly markup expense reports and quarterly/annual financial reports for banks.

🔹 Verify interbank fund transfer vouchers on a daily basis.

🔹 Manage end-to-end accounting operations.

🔹 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

🔹 Handle sales tax and income tax filings in accordance with FBR regulations.

🔹 Manage payroll processing, payroll taxation, and statutory compliance.

🔹 Prepare, verify, and submit tax challans within prescribed deadlines.

🔹 Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

🔹 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.

🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Assist the Manager Accounts in budgeting and financial analysis.

📌 Job Requirements:

🔹 Qualification: MBA / M.Com / ACCA / CA (Inter)

🔹 Experience: 4–6 years in Beverage, FMCG, or Engineering companies

🔹 Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and banking procedures
