Assistant Manager Accounts

Fast Cables Ltd. is hiring Assistant Manager Accounts.

Job Description:
a. Prepare monthly Management Accounts, Net Asset Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Funds Flow Statement.
b. Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at customer and order level and report to Sr. Manager the reason of variances.
c. Prepare Opex and Capex Budget and analysis of Act vs budget.
d. Prepare monthly and annual MIS reports i.e., Executive Summaries, Profit Analysis, Sales Analysis, Cost Analysis, Cash flows, Working Capital analysis, Fixed Overheads Analysis, Etc.
e. Analyze monthly customers, suppliers, banks and intercompany reconciliations.
f. As team leader assign responsibilities /duties to subordinates and coordinate with them to resolve their problems.
g. Process all outgoing payments accurately and in a timely manner to ensure operational continuity.
h. Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring smooth execution of all cash and bank-related activities.
i. Assist the Manager Finance with daily cash flow planning and treasury-related tasks.
j. Support timely month-end closing by compiling and submitting comprehensive treasury reports.
k. Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks to ensure seamless financial transactions and support.
l. Review monthly bank reconciliation statements for all accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
m. Identify and resolve all reconciling items highlighted during bank reconciliations within established timelines.
n. Prepare detailed reports on profit earned from bank deposits & AMC's.
o. Compile accurate monthly reports on bank charges, ensuring transparency and completeness.


Qualification & Experience:
ACCA, ACMA, CA Finalist with 2-4 years relevant experience in any manufacturing concern

Skills:
Excel, SAP , Micro Soft work, Power point, Etc.
