Gourmet Foods Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales and retail operations across our bakery shops.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
✅ Ensure product availability, freshness & display at outlets
✅ Lead, train & motivate sales/store teams
✅ Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage & improve efficiency
✅ Conduct market visits, analyze sales data & optimize performance

🎓 Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
🎯 5–7 years FMCG/Retail sales experience (bakery/food industry preferred)
🎯 Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
