Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Manager to lead territory sales operations, strengthen distributor relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth for Ismail Flour in Karachi. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team within the assigned territory.

- Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Meet distributors and share actionable plans to improve return on investment (ROI).

- Travel within the assigned sales area to engage existing and potential customers and enhance brand presence.

- Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.

- Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.


Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field

- 3–4 years of relevant sales experience

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
