We at Golden Pearl Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. are seeking profiles of experienced candidates for the position of "Area Sales Manager-Faisalabad”

Sales background of FMCG or preferably cosmetics industry, area knowledge, Metro major city & rural distribution handling experience, primary & secondary sales handling, credit management
To meet & handle primary & secondary sales targets, Bifurcation as per area potential, as per SO's contribution, leading & meeting assigned targets as per given time lines.
Channel wise sales strategies & its execution towards business growth.
To plan brands positioning, team's development for future as per opportunities
To hand distribution sales force & entire infrastructure especially warehousing (FIFO, Pallets, Stacking, Cleaning etc.)
Sales representation in sales meetings
To take initiative & drive business as per time, situation & business need.
To lead his team along with business challenges, on job training, guidelines required by team members,
Trade assets monitoring in trade & its handling with proper record.
Support role with marketing team to execute different activities.
