Keenu is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 support for in-house and third-party applications. The role includes troubleshooting, system monitoring, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (banking sector is a plus)
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with financial/payment systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
