Open Positions: App growth Specialist
Experience: 2 to 3 years

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Design and execute data-driven user acquisition & retention strategies.
🔹 Plan and run marketing campaigns across Google Ads.
🔹 Collaborate with product & dev teams to optimize app funnels (onboarding, engagement, monetization).
🔹 Monitor KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention rates) and continuously optimize.
🔹 Lead A/B testing and creative optimization for ad campaigns.
🔹 Own the full loop: from marketing strategy to product feedback and growth insights.
What I,m Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of experience in app growth, UA, or digital marketing (preferably in mobile apps).
✔ Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, ASO, and growth tools.
✔ Strong understanding of app development cycles and product-market fit.
✔ Creative thinker with a track record of scaling apps globally.
