Amazon & Marketplace Listing Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Amazon & Marketplace Listing Coordinator (Remote)

We are currently looking for an Amazon & Marketplace Listing Coordinator to support our US-based Amazon store and other online marketplaces. This role focuses on product listing uploads, edits, ongoing maintenance, FBA shipment creation, coupon setup, A++ (Premium A+) content uploads, and cross-platform listing replication.

What We’re Looking For:

 • 3+ years of hands-on experience (preferred)

 • Hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central (US) for product listing uploads, edits, and ongoing maintenance

 • Ability to create and manage FBA shipments, including carton content, labels, and shipment workflows

 • Experience creating and managing Amazon coupons

 • Experience uploading A++ (Premium A+) Content and managing A+ modules

 • Ability to transplant Amazon listings to other marketplaces, adapting content for Walmart Marketplace and eBay

 • Ability to create and manage variations, attributes, images, and backend keywords

 • Familiarity with Amazon flat files and listing compliance requirements

 • Ability to monitor and correct listing errors, suppressions, and missing attributes

 • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent product data

Required Conditions

 • Stable, reliable internet connection suitable for daily remote work

 • Ability to work US business hours, aligned with the following schedule:

 ◦ US (CST): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 1-hour break

 ◦ Pakistan (PKT): Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, with 1-hour break
