🚨 Hiring Alert – Software Engineer (AI/ML) (Lahore, On-site)!

Devsinc is on the lookout for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer passionate about building and deploying production-grade AI systems, from fine-tuning LLMs and diffusion models to optimizing GPU inference for large-scale applications.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science or related domains.

 🔹 Strong expertise in Computer Vision — object detection, segmentation, OCR, and model training (from scratch & transfer learning).

 🔹 Proven experience with Generative AI — fine-tuning LLMs, Stable Diffusion, and VLMs for multimodal tasks (captioning, VQA, RAG, etc.).

 🔹 Deep understanding of model optimization – quantization, pruning, distillation, mixed precision, and CUDA profiling.

 🔹 Hands-on with model conversion & deployment (Torch → ONNX → TensorRT) and serving frameworks (Triton, TorchServe, ONNX Runtime).

 🔹 Strong backend engineering skills in Python (FastAPI, Flask), async programming, WebSockets, and RESTful APIs.

 🔹 Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and deploying GPU workloads on AWS/GCP/Azure.

 🔹 Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps – CI/CD, model registries, data pipelines, experiment tracking, and monitoring drift/performance.

 🔹 Familiarity with Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and hybrid inference strategies.
