Soft Standards is looking for an exceptional AI Engineer to architect complex intelligence systems, not just models, but complete AI solutions.
Location: Remote
What we need:
- 6+ years in AI/ML engineering
- Strong Python & system architecture skills
- Experience with LangChain, vector search, graph databases
- Excellent English & EU/US client experience
- Fast delivery mindset
What you'll build:
- Advanced chatbot & multi-agent systems
Production RAG pipelines
- Knowledge graph-powered reasoning
- AI Gateway & orchestration layers
Background:
- CS/Math degree (Bachelor required, MSc preferred) with deep expertise in building end-to-end AI systems, from retrieval infrastructure to agent orchestration.
⏰Timings: 11am - 8pm (Pakistan Time)
💰Compensation: $1600 - $1800
