🚨 Position: Admission & Registration Officer
📍 Location: Clifton Block 6, Karachi
📆Job Type: Full-Time
💵 Pay: 40,000 - 70,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle and resolve student queries and concerns using our ticket system.
Provide timely and accurate information to address student inquiries.
Oversee and manage the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) portal for students.
Ensure that students have access to necessary resources and support within the VLE.
Maintain accurate records of issued ID cards and ensure the security of the ID card system.
Monitor and manage student attendance records.
Collaborate with faculty to address attendance issues and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
Assist students in the formation of letters, recommendations, and other official documents.
Ensure that these documents are completed accurately and meet the required standards.
Manage the student online portal, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience in registrations & students affairs
Advance Excel VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
Bachelors or Master-level education in any discipline
Relevant experience is required from the university.
