Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to join our team. The Admin Officer will play a critical role in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and familiarity with telecom industry operations.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations, including supplies, facility management, and maintenance.
Coordinate office resources and maintain an organized work environment.
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, especially field employees.
Coordinate and track company assets and inventory used in field operations.
Prepare and manage official documents, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain employee records, handle administrative paperwork, and assist in documentation required for regulatory compliance.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and procurement of office essentials.
Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.
Ensure the office and field sites comply with safety protocols and telecom industry standards.
Organize safety drills, health and safety training, and emergency response planning.
Assist HR with on-boarding, employee inquiries, and coordinating orientation sessions.
Address administrative requests from employees, including equipment and facilities needs.


Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the telecom industry.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of telecom operations and field requirements is a plus.
