We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Manager to lead and manage all administrative operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Liaison with government departments to ensure compliance with regulations
✔ Negotiate material costs with suppliers/vendors for cost efficiency
✔ Oversee office operations, facilities management & administrative support
✔ Implement policies & procedures to improve efficiency across departments
✔ Build strong communication with government officials & stakeholders
✔ Problem-solving & decision-making for operational excellence
✔ Manage vendor contracts, quotations & procurement
✔ Ensure upkeep of office premises, equipment & facilities
✔ Supervise company vehicles, logistics & transport scheduling
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
💼 3–5 years’ experience in administration/operations management (preferably FMCG)
💻 Proficiency in MS Office & administrative tools
