Noxlumyn is looking for a detail oriented Admin Assistant to support high volume forms and documentation workflows. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and following SOPs, no live calls or customer handling.
Monday–Friday | Night Shift | Remote
What You’ll Do
Complete and review patient forms using templates and internal systems
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
Maintain organized records and meet daily accuracy targets
What You Won’t Do
No live chat, phone calls, or direct patient communication
No clinical or decision based work
What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in admin, data entry, or documentation roles
Strong written English & attention to detail
Comfortable with web-based tools
Availability for US aligned hours
Healthcare / EHR / Zendesk / CRM experience
