We're Hiring - Accounts/Finance Executive
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Location: i/10-3, Islamabad
Timings: 2 pm to 10 pm - 5 days of the week
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
1. Maintain and record all financial transactions, including daily sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in the accounting system.
2. Prepare bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and ensure timely settlements of payables and receivables.
3. Assist in monthly and annual closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.
4. Monitor expenses, verify petty cash claims, and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to assist in financial planning and control.

ย โข 6 months to 2 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
ย โข Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
