About the Role:
Shahi Foods is hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join its finance team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, ensure accurate posting of receipts, monitor balances, and support the Finance Manager in billing and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and reconcile customer receipts in the ERP system.
Monitor customer balances, aging reports, and credit limits.
Coordinate with Sales and Banking teams for payment confirmations.
Assist in monthly AR reconciliations and reporting.
Follow up with customers for timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
Support the AR Lead / Finance Manager in daily reporting activities.
