We’re Hiring: Accounts Officer ❗
Dawat-e-Islami Trust is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations within a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately record daily financial transactions in accounting/ERP systems
2. Prepare, record, and maintain receipts, especially for donations, along with proper donor documentation
3. Assist in preparing basic financial summaries and monthly closing activities
4. Organize, maintain, and file financial records and supporting documents
5. Support ERP and Donation Module implementation and assist during internal/external audits
6. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor of Commerce (Mandatory)
👩💼 Experience: Fresh graduates to 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience
📊 Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliation
💻 Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (basic formulas)
➕ Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems will be an added advantage
