Techmile Solutions is looking for an Accounts Intern!

Position: Internship (with potential for permanent placement based on performance)

Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 6 working days per week (Saturday is a half day)

Location: Near Driving License Office, Korangi, Karachi

Stipend: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping, including financial record keeping, voucher management, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions

• Maintain vouchers, invoices, and receipts

• Track accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements

• Manage petty cash records and expense tracking

• Organize and maintain financial files and documentation

• Support preparation of basic financial reports

• Coordinate with vendors for invoice verification

• Audit preparation and reporting procedures

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• Good organizational and communication skills

• B.Com / BBA / BS Accounting & Finance (Final year students or fresh graduates)

• 0–1 year of relevant experience
