 🕒 Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

💠 Job Summary: 

- Virtelligence Inc. is seeking a detail oriented and dependable Accountant / Assistant Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This onsite role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Quick Books Online, payroll support, invoicing, and reconciliations, and who are comfortable working in a night shift environment.

 

💠 Key Responsibilities

- Assist in bi-weekly payroll processing and preparation of payroll reports

- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and journal entries)

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

- Prepare, review, and post client and contractor invoices (including C2C and VMS)

- Track timesheets and expenses and follow up on missing documentation

- Support month end closing activities, including accruals and prepaid expenses

- Maintain accounting spreadsheets and assist with financial reporting

 

💠 Required Skills & Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books Online

- Experience with payroll processing, invoicing, and reconciliations

- Good English communication skills (spoken ) mandatory

- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong attention to detail

- Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines effectively

- Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity or similar platforms

- Familiarity with contract labor (C2C) accounting

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
