Assistant Manager – Leasing Location: Ocean Mall, Clifton, Karachi Key Responsibilities: Drive leasing activities by identifying potential tenants and closing lease agreements for retail spaces. Maintain occupancy targets through effective leasing strategies and tenant relationship management. Handle negotiations, lease renewals, and documentation in coordination with the legal and finance teams. Conduct market research, analyze rental trends, and suggest rental benchmarks for various zones within the mall. Develop and maintain a strong network of national and international retail brands. Provide regular leasing reports and forecasts to management.
