Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Individual as Sales Coordinator to support our sales and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will assist in Sales Operations (order processing, coordination with sales teams, System update and Inter departments liaison).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the field sales team for Sales Order Processing.
2. Sales Analysis and Reporting.
3. Logistics Coordination, credit sales management.
4. Inter departmental coordination. (Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing and payment clearance.)
5. Support sales documentation and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Time management and multitasking ability.
Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
