We are looking for a passionate Associate AI/ML Engineer with 6–12 months of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, and data science who are eager to work on real-world AI applications.

— Role Overview — 

You will help design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered systems. Working closely with senior engineers, you will build solutions involving predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.

— Key Responsibilities — 

• Develop and evaluate machine learning models for classification, regression, and recommendation systems 

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis 

• Build LLM-based applications and optimize prompts 

• Implement RAG systems using vector databases 

• Deploy models as APIs using FastAPI or Flask 

• Containerize applications using Docker 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document experiments 

— Required Qualifications — 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field 

• 6–12 months of AI/ML project, internship, or freelance experience 

• Strong Python skills 

• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and SQL 

• Basic knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch 

• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and databases 

• Strong analytical and communication skills 

— Preferred Qualifications — 

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or LlamaIndex 

• Knowledge of Pinecone, FAISS, or other vector databases 

• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or MLOps 

• Basic knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
