Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Reports To: Head of Supply Chain 

Location:    Faisalabad

A leading Garments Manufacturing Unit looking for Experienced Ware House Manager who is responsible over all operations of the ware house.

Job Summary:

The Warehousing Manager directs, warehousing staff, and optimise all warehouse operations across the unit.

He ensures timely receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and transfer of materials including fabric, yarn, trims, general items, and finished goods.

The manager maintains accurate ERP inventory data, oversees stock reconciliation, enforces FIFO, ensures bin management, and prevents mix-ups between good stock, rejected stock, and waste.

The role ensures uninterrupted material flow to Production, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Packing departments.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

Education

• MBA in Supply Chain, Textile Management or related field.

• Certifications in Warehouse/Inventory Management preferred.

 Experience

• 5–8 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in textile or apparel manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of fabric handling, trims management, finished goods storage, and waste segregation.

• Proven experience with ERP-based warehouse systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Expertise in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse audits.

• Knowledge of fabric rolls, dye lots, shade groups, trims specifications, and garment packing.

• Ability to plan warehouse layout and optimise space utilization.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in ERP stock module and Excel reporting.

• Knowledge of 5S, FIFO and warehouse safety protocols.
