Role Overview

As a Business Developer, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, pitching our services, and helping grow the revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, and networking

Pitch ConfiaTech’s services with confidence and clarity

Develop long-term client relationships and maintain communication

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business strategies

Work closely with the development/design teams to ensure client needs are met

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Represent ConfiaTech in client meetings, demos, and presentations

 Requirements:

Proven experience in Business Development for an IT agency / software house

Strong understanding of web, mobile, AI, and design services

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to create proposals and close deals independently

Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, etc.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
