Job Title:     Procurement Manager (Accessories, Trims, General Items)

Location:      Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate) 

A leading Garments Manufacturing Unit looking for Experienced Procurement Manager who is responsible over all operations of the Procurement.

Job Summary:

The position oversees the full procurement cycle for trims and accessories (labels, tags, buttons, zippers, threads, packaging materials, polybags, stickers, etc.) and general items (stationery, housekeeping materials, tools, consumables, safety items, etc.).

 The manager approves RFQs, receives supplier quotations, prepares quotation comparisons, negotiates rates, approves purchase orders (POs), monitors deliveries, and ensures all procurement activities comply with specifications, timelines, and company policies. 

The role works closely with Planning, Production, Merchandising, Stores, and QA to support uninterrupted production and timely shipments.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

Education

MBA in Supply Chain, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in procurement within an apparel manufacturing environment.

Strong experience in trims & accessories sourcing, vendor management, and general items procurement.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.

Detailed understanding of trims and accessories specifications and quality requirements.

Ability to analyze quotations, cost breakdowns, and consumption patterns.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP purchasing workflows, and data analysis.

Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent tasks.
