We’re seeking an experienced "Engineering Manager" to lead our fully remote, multidisciplinary engineering team (software development, automation, data science, and web applications). In this leadership role, you’ll drive projects from concept to launch, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed engineering team. - Oversee full product development lifecycles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals. - Drive technical architecture, scalability, and system quality. - Recruit, evaluate, and grow engineering talent. Required Skills & Experience: - 5–8 years of relevant experience (3+ years in leadership). - Proven success in launching/managing software projects. - Strong knowledge of NextJS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, serverless infrastructure. - Excellent leadership, communication, and remote team management. - Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
