 About the Role:

 

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Developer who can turn ideas into working products fast using the latest AI models, APIs, and frameworks. You’ll be responsible for building intelligent, production-ready applications that integrate LLMs, vector databases, and automation workflows into real products.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and software development, focused on the last-mile delivery packaging prototypes into clean, stable, and scalable apps. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Rapidly prototype and develop AI-driven applications using tools like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and HuggingFace.

· Build and connect RAG pipelines, agents, and prompt-driven workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.

· Integrate AI features into web or mobile applications (via REST / GraphQL / WebSocket APIs).

· Handle the last-mile development: connecting the backend logic, cleaning up code, optimizing prompts, and preparing for production.

· Collaborate with the design and product teams to deliver functional, tested, and user-ready releases.

· Optimize API usage, latency, and cost while maintaining output quality.

· Manage deployment of AI services (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js backends) on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

· Implement model monitoring, logging, and fallback mechanisms for production robustness.

· Stay updated on emerging AI tools, SDKs, and frameworks to recommend faster or smarter implementation paths.

 Required Skills & Experience: 

· 2–5 years of software development experience (Python, Node.js, or TypeScript).

· Strong grasp of LLM concepts (prompt design, context windows, token optimization).

· Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Cohere, Mistral, etc.).

· Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other orchestration frameworks.

· Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Express.js for backend services.

· Comfort with frontend integration (Angular, React, or similar frameworks).

· Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma).

· Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / Vercel / Render).

· Can independently take a proof-of-concept from notebook or prototype to production-ready microservice.

 Nice to Have 

· Experience building multi-agent systems or AI assistants.

· Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ReAct-style frameworks.

· Basic ML experience (fine-tuning, embeddings, model evaluation).

· Familiarity with prompt optimization and token-cost management.

· Knowledge of frontend deployment (Vite, Next.js, or similar).

· Understanding of MLOps tools (Weights & Biases, MLflow, etc.).
