Role Description
This is a full-time remote role where you will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll take ownership of hiring, source and engage technical talent, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will also build and maintain a strong pipeline to support company growth.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in full-cycle and technical recruiting
* Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end hiring
* Experience hiring for roles like Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, QA
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
* Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
* Engineering/tech domain knowledge is a plus
