BloomHouse Marketing is looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to join our team and create clear, engaging, and high-quality content.

The ideal candidate has excellent English writing skills, strong attention to grammar and tone, and experience using AI tools and prompts to produce polished, professional content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write compelling, high-quality LinkedIn posts tailored to brand voice and audience

2. Create content that is clear, engaging, and professionally written in strong English

3. Use AI tools effectively by writing smart prompts and refining outputs

Edit, proofread, and improve content for grammar, clarity, tone, and impact

4. Adapt writing style for different industries, audiences, and campaign goals

5. Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas, hooks, and messaging angles

6. Ensure all content is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements

1. Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, or social media writing

2. Strong command of the English language

3. Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and editing skills

4. Experience creating content for LinkedIn

5. Ability to use AI writing tools and create effective prompts

6. Strong understanding of tone, audience targeting, and engagement-driven writing

7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

1. Experience writing for B2B, personal branding, or professional services

2. Knowledge of content strategy and social media best practices

3. Ability to turn rough ideas into polished, engaging posts quickly
