Job Title: Project Manager (ServiceNow & Workday)

Relevant Experience: Workday – Business Analyst, Technical Architect, Project Management

Location: Remote (Pakistan only) – US Timings

Duration: 11-Month Contract

Role Overview:

PakAmGlobal LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with hands-on exposure to ServiceNow and Workday environments to lead the delivery of integration and enhancement initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure structured and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow and Workday related projects.

Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Gather and structure requirements into actionable project plans.

Track progress, risks, and dependencies and provide regular status updates.

Support UAT coordination, go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities.

Ensure proper documentation, governance, and process alignment.

Manage coordination with third-party vendors where required.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project management or related roles.

Practical experience working with ServiceNow and Workday environments.

Experience in Workday Business Analysis, Technical Architecture, or Project Management roles is highly preferred.

Strong business analysis and requirements structuring capabilities.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

PMP / Agile certification preferred.
