Role Overview:
Macrosoft Pakistan is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and scale our QA function. This role will oversee manual and automation testing strategies while integrating modern AI-driven testing tools. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong track record in building high-performing QA teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams across projects
Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices
Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts
Drive adoption of AI-based testing tools and frameworks
Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams for quality delivery
Ensure test coverage, defect tracking, and continuous improvement
Establish KPIs, reporting, and quality metrics
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in QA, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience in manual and automation testing
Hands-on with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Experience with AI-driven QA tools and test optimization techniques
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in scaling QA teams in fast-paced environments
Exposure to performance and security testing
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
