Warehouse Manager

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, and accurate stock control while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards at warehouse Korangi, Karachi. 

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 6–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and cycle counts.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to maintain stock availability.

- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity and performance targets.

- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch in line with business requirements.

- Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain an organized storage system.

- Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse.

- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure smooth movement of goods.

- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance of facilities.
