Embroidery Designer

Join our design team and help bring SERAN’s collections to life through exceptional embroidery craftsmanship.

📍 Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore

What we’re looking for

1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

2. 3–4 years of professional experience in embroidery design, preferably within a fashion or premium apparel brand.

3. Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, stitch development, fabric behavior, and embellishment applications.

4. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and embroidery design software.

5. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity, production feasibility, and cost efficiency.

6. Experience collaborating with punching teams, embroidery vendors, and production departments.

7. Proficiency in trend research, concept exploration, and creative development.

8. Strong understanding of premium fashion aesthetics, detailing, and craftsmanship.

9. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple collections while meeting deadlines.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop original embroidery designs for unstitched, ready-to-wear, festive, and luxury collections.

2. Translate design briefs and creative concepts provided by the Design team into punching-ready embroidery artworks.

3. Ensure embroidery designs align with SERAN’s brand identity, customer preferences, seasonal direction, and commercial objectives.

4. Design embroideries that meet approved costing targets without compromising design quality.

5. Prepare embroidery artworks using industry-standard software for internal review and production approval.

6. Coordinate closely with the Punching, Sampling, and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

7. Review embroidery samples during development and bulk production to ensure quality, stitch accuracy, placement, sizing, and overall finish meet 

SERAN’s standards.

1. Stay up to date with global embroidery trends, innovative stitch techniques, materials, and embellishment developments to continuously elevate SERAN’s collections.

2. Collaborate with Fashion Design, Textile Design, Merchandising, and Production teams throughout the product development process.

3. Maintain the highest standards of creativity, craftsmanship, and production readiness across every embroidery developed.
