Imtiaz is Hiring: Product Manager | Karachi (On-site)

What You'll Do

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver high-impact features.

Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Marketing, and Business teams to build customer-centric digital solutions.

Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.

Track product performance using analytics and customer insights to optimize user experience.

Drive Agile product development through effective sprint planning, user story creation, and backlog refinement.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and maximize business value.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

MBA or Product Management certifications will be an added advantage.

5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or B2C digital platforms.

Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Hands-on experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving customer problems through technology.
