Joyland Ltd. is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Ticketing to support and oversee daily ticketing operations at our amusement park. The ideal candidate should have experience in ticketing, customer service, cash handling, POS systems, and team supervision.
๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Rawalpindi
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โขMinimum 3โ5 years of experience in ticketing, retail, hospitality, or amusement parks.ย
โขStrong knowledge of POS and ticketing systems.ย
โขExperience in cash handling, reporting, and reconciliation.ย
โขExcellent customer service and communication skills.ย
โขAbility to supervise and train ticketing staff.ย
โขProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).ย

โขAssist in managing daily ticketing operations.ย
โขSupervise ticketing counters and staff performance.ย
โขEnsure accurate ticket sales and cash reconciliation.ย
โขMonitor POS and ticketing system operations.ย
โขHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and refund requests.ย
โขPrepare daily sales and operational reports.ย
โขEnsure compliance with company policies and service standards.ย
