Preferred Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with engineering teams to monitor technical project progress.

Participate in technical meetings and track project milestones.

Identify and report potential project risks, delays, and dependencies.

Prepare meeting summaries, project status reports, and management updates.

Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Maintain effective communication between technical teams and the PMO.

Requirements: 

Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Basic technical knowledge of at least one of the following:

FPGA Development

RTL Design (Verilog/ System Verilog)

Design Verification (DV)ASIC / Physical Design (PD)VLSI / Digital Design

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to understand technical discussions and summarize key points.

Professional attitude, punctuality, accountability, and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to attend meetings outside regular office hours when required to coordinate with international teams.

Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals and an interest in technical project management are encouraged to apply. 

Prior project management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
