**Salary Range:** PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month (based on experience)

### Position Overview

Jacked Nutrition Group is seeking an experienced and creative **Brand & Content Manager** to lead its brand positioning, content strategy, creative execution, and brand communications across digital and physical platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective content strategies, leading the creative team, managing influencer collaborations, and ensuring consistent brand communication aligned with business objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand positioning and content strategies across digital platforms.

- Lead content planning and execution for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

- Manage and supervise the creative and content team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Oversee creative campaigns, product launches, video production, podcasts, and brand storytelling.

- Manage influencer collaborations, athlete partnerships, PR initiatives, and strategic brand partnerships.

- Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual communication across all touchpoints.

- Monitor content performance, audience engagement, reach, and growth through performance analytics.

- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Operations, and Product teams to achieve business objectives.

### Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Content Marketing, Creative Strategy, or Digital Marketing.

- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.

- Proven experience managing creative teams and developing multi-platform content strategies.

- Strong understanding of brand management, storytelling, social media, and creative direction.

- Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, and video content production.

- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand and content campaigns.

**Preferred:** Experience in FMCG, sports nutrition, fitness, health, wellness, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce industries.
