MindByte Studios is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager who is an expert in 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐝𝐬, 𝐓𝐢𝐤𝐓𝐨𝐤 𝐀𝐝𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐬 to join our growing team!

📌 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: User Acquisition Manager, expert in 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐝𝐬, 𝐓𝐢𝐤𝐓𝐨𝐤 𝐀𝐝𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐬

📌 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:  4 to 5 Years

📌 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞:  Full-time

📌 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:  Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

📌 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays ON)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Plan, manage, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.

* Develop effective marketing strategies for Android and iOS apps and games.

* Optimize campaigns for ROAS, ROI, CPI, LTV, and overall profitability.

* Manage advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with creative teams to develop and A/B test high-performing advertisements.

* Track and analyze campaign performance using AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, and other analytics tools.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or paid advertising.

* Proven expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

* Strong understanding of mobile app & game marketing and user acquisition strategies.

* Hands-on experience managing and scaling advertising budgets.

* Solid knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.

* Experience with mobile measurement and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.

* Demonstrated ability to improve campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI.
