About the Role

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and reliable Remote Dental Front Desk Officer to support US-based dental practices with front desk operations, patient coordination, insurance verification, and dental billing assistance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and a good understanding of US dental insurance procedures. The candidate must be comfortable working night shifts from Lahore while coordinating with dental offices, patients, and insurance companies in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and insurance companies.

- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.

- Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, deductibles, copayments, and annual maximums.

- Maintain accurate patient demographics, insurance information, and billing records.

- Respond professionally to patient inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and billing.

- Follow up on outstanding patient balances and insurance payments as instructed.

- Coordinate with US dental office managers and billing teams.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable HIPAA privacy and security procedures.

- Prepare daily reports and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Previous experience in a dental front desk, dental billing, medical billing, or healthcare BPO role is preferred.

- Understanding of US dental insurance and billing processes.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and online portals.

- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Reliable high-speed internet, a backup power solution, and a quiet work environment.

- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
