**Salary:** PKR 150,000 – 200,000/month (based on experience)

### Position Overview

Jacked Nutrition Group is seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to lead Human Resources and Administration across its Head Office, retail outlets, warehouse, and Farma Labs manufacturing facility.

The role involves overseeing HR operations, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and regulatory compliance while strengthening organizational policies and people management systems.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.

- Manage employee lifecycle, performance appraisals, promotions, and separations.

- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, attendance, and HRIS operations.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Pakistani labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Lead training, development, engagement, and retention initiatives.

- Oversee administrative operations and lead the HR team.

- Monitor HR KPIs, workforce reports, and departmental performance.

### Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.

- Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or business units.

- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labour laws, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (MiHCM, Odoo, or equivalent).

- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

**Preferred:** Master's degree/MBA in HR, SHRM/CIPD/CHRP certification, and experience in FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
