BellMedex is looking for a System Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Rawalpindi. If you're passionate about IT infrastructure, solving technical problems, and providing exceptional support, we want to hear from you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to internal teams.
Monitor and maintain systems, networks, and hardware.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
Ensure system security and data backups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT services.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a technical support or system administration role.
Strong understanding of Windows/Linux OS, networking, and IT security.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
