Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager Sewing
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering or MBA with 4–7 years of experience in apparel processing and garment manufacturing operations.
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing end-to-end garment manufacturing operations from cut to pack to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maximizing shop-floor efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization while ensuring timely availability of trims, effective line planning, smooth style changeovers, and adherence to freeze plans. It drives built-in quality through robust QA/QC systems, lean manufacturing tools, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects, waste, WIP, and operational costs, while consistently meeting customer, safety, and company standards
