SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Internship — Paid, Onsite (Fresh Graduates Only)

Cognitive IT Solutions is offering a 6-month paid internship for SQA (Software Quality Assurance).

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated fresh graduates who want to build their career in software testing and quality assurance.

This is a fully onsite position, and a personal laptop is mandatory.

 Stipend: 30,000 PKR per month.

Position: SQA Intern

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications

Write clear and detailed test cases and test scenarios

Execute test plans and document results

Identify, report, and track bugs using a bug tracking system

Conduct regression and smoke testing

Assist in preparing test documentation and reports

Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes

Ensure product quality before deployment

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Knowledge of:

Manual testing concepts

Test case writing

Bug reporting process

Regression & smoke testing

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar) is a plus

Basic knowledge of databases/SQL is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail

Good English communication skills.

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months (Paid)

Stipend: 30,000 PKR / Month

Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Location: Cognitive IT Solutions, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Eligibility: Fresh graduates only (BSCS, BSIT, or related fields preferred)

Personal laptop is mandatory

Onsite role only — No remote or hybrid option
