Regional Trade Marketing Manager

Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Trade Marketing Manager to drive regional growth, strengthen trade execution, and develop channel strategies that enhance sales, visibility, and market presence in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute regional trade marketing and channel strategies aligned with business, sales, and brand objectives across General Trade, Modern Trade, LMT, and other relevant channels.

-Drive regional sales and growth plans through effective trade promotions, in-store execution, POSM deployment, planogram compliance, and Perfect Store initiatives.

-Manage trade marketing budgets and investments while developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers, distributors, and strategic retail partners to maximize ROI and commercial impact.

-Build and manage relationships with key accounts and trade partners, including negotiations for shelf space, secondary displays, and gondola placements.

-Conduct regular market visits and trade audits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, execution gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable regional plans.

-Coordinate regional new product launches, ensuring effective listing, availability, visibility, and execution in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

-Track and analyze regional KPIs including sales growth, distribution, numeric availability, visibility, execution, and ROI, and prepare regional performance reviews with actionable business recommendations for senior management.

-Lead and coach the regional trade marketing and merchandising team while ensuring compliance with company SOPs, trade policies, execution standards, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; MBA is preferred

-5–6 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector

-Strong expertise in trade marketing strategy, channel management, commercial planning, and retail execution

-Sound analytical and business insight capabilities with proficiency in KPI, budget, and ROI management

-Strong negotiation, influencing, key account management, and stakeholder management skills

-Strong leadership and people development capabilities with a focus on execution excellence

-Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills
