🚀 V2F Solutions is looking for Senior Technical Recruiter.
📌 Responsibilities:
-Design, lead, and implement technical recruitment strategies aligned with business and client needs.
-Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Train and mentor new joiners to ensure smooth integration into client and internal teams.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
-Provide insights, reports, and recommendations to continuously optimize recruitment processes.
-Stay updated on HR and technical hiring best practices to ensure hiring goals are met.
📌 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4–5 years of technical recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles (software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, etc.).
-Proven client service and relationship management experience.
-Skilled in ATS, CRM tools, sourcing platforms, and innovative sourcing techniques.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational skills and leadership skills.
📍 Location: 19th Floor, BRR Towers, I.I. Chundrigar (Hybrid)
⏰ Timing: 5:45 PM – 2:15 AM
