We’re Hiring: SEO Team Lead
📍 Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial, Karachi (On-site)
Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 165,000 – 185,000/month
Position Overview:
Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive our organic growth strategy, lead a high-performing SEO team, and shape the future of search through AI-powered optimization, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies across multiple domains
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture optimization
• Build and optimize organic conversion funnels to drive qualified leads and business growth
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, keyword gap discovery, and ROI forecasting
• Implement AEO, GEO, and LLM optimization strategies for AI-native search platforms
• Manage structured data, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization workflows
• Lead, mentor, and develop the SEO team while managing capacity planning and project prioritization
• Track KPIs and OKRs using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio, and present performance insights to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8–10 years of professional SEO experience, including team leadership
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience with AI-driven SEO, AEO, GEO, and modern search optimization practices
