We’re Hiring: HR Executive

📍 Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial, Karachi (On-site)

Shift: Evening (08:00 PM – 05:00 AM)

Salary: 50,000-65000PKR

Position Overview:

Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including orientation and documentation

• Prepare resignation acceptance emails and coordinate the employee offboarding process

• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality

• Support the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation

• Conduct HR data audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance

• Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related activities and requests

• Assist in implementing HR policies and supporting day-to-day HR operations

• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role

• Strong understanding of employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
