We’re Hiring: Senior Paid Ads Specialist - SaaS
Exact Solution Electronics is looking for a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist with SaaS experience to scale our paid acquisition across major platforms.
📍 Remote – Pakistan
🕒 Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)
Role Overview
You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, focusing on generating high-quality B2B leads, improving conversions, and driving predictable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Plan and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads
✔ Build B2B lead generation strategies aligned with SaaS buyer journeys
✔ Optimize campaigns using data (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
✔ Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
✔ Implement retargeting and tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Pixels)
✔ Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in SaaS performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
