Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of OD strategies and HR initiatives.
Support in competency framework development and succession planning.
Conduct training need assessments and coordinate learning programs.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Ensure alignment of OD practices with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5 plus years of relevant HR/OD experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
