Yunus Textile Mills Limited is looking for a seasoned and performance-driven Senior Manager - Exports to lead and expand our international textile business operations.
Experience Required:
· 13–14 years of relevant experience in Textile Exports
· Strong exposure to international markets including USA & Europe
· Proven track record of achieving export sales targets
Job Description (JD):
· Develop and implement strategic export sales plans aligned with company objectives
· Manage key international accounts and build long-term buyer relationships
· Lead price negotiations, contract finalization, and order closures
· Ensure smooth coordination with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams
· Oversee export documentation, compliance, and shipment execution
· Monitor global textile market trends and identify new business opportunities
· Drive revenue growth and profitability of export segment
· Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the exports team
· Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
